Hi there! I’m Nittany, a twenty something gal who grew up hiking in the Sierra Nevadas of Northern California. After college, I embarked on my first solo road trip across the USA, visiting twenty-one states over the course of two months.

After the COVID-19 shutdown, the road trip helped me re-embrace the importance of putting myself out there and just winging it- maybe especially if I don’t have everything figured out.

In February of 2024, I moved to Paris to study French, and have since been traveling through Europe with no end date in sight.

Join me as I document my experiences from my travels and beyond as I detail how I travel on a budget, stay safe as a solo female traveler, and open myself up to joy, fear, adventure and everything in between.
